• No pets—even if it fits in your purse
• Quiet hours after 10PM—let’s keep things mellow for the neighbors
• Please do not order packages or have mail sent to the apartment address. For any deliveries, kindly use a nearby pickup point or locker to ensure smooth handling.
• Please return keys as instructed and send us a pic to confirm checkout ($200 charge for lost keys)
